This may be a strange question, but I don't remember what happened last time we went :lmao: (guess I wasn't paying attention)

Anyway, I know you can use multiple credit cards to pay off a package, but does the original card used for the deposit have to be produced upon check in? I don't know, maybe as a security thing? I want to book my vacation now, but my husbands card doesn't have the funds for the $200 down payment and I'm waiting on my new card which will have a different name (my married name) and number from that on the card I currently have, I'm just not sure when the card will come in (Visa is currently making my life exceptionally difficult )

Should I wait to use either my new card/my husband's card...or could I go ahead and book with the card I have now. I DO have ID that will match the name on the reservation (I have ID in both names and a copy of my marriage licence as the gov't is also making this very difficult with name changes on the passport and such)

Thanks so much!

No cc is required at check in unless you choose to put a cc on file for room charging (and even then, cash, gift cards, etc. can be used for that instead of a cc ;)). I also wanted to mention that you can make a reservation now and get 7 days to make the deposit, although you have to call to do this as booking online would require the deposit at that time. Just remember that if the deposit is not paid by the 7th day, your reservation will automatically cancel due to non payment. HTH :).
