Booking with travel agent

Has anyone ever heard of Magical Journeys?

I found it somehow, lost the website.

Meanwhile, someone from there gave me a quote and I'm trying to get clarification and even find out if it's a reputable outfit.

Anyone know any of this?

Magical Journeys is very much a reputable agency. They and Dreams Unlimited are probably the two major disney oriented agencies.

I have booked with both and both are very good. I have started using Magical Journeys for all my reservations though, the agent and I just really click well. She knows what I want and gets it for me, then lower the rates as the specials come out. You cannot go wrong with them!

I have used Jean at YMJ and she is fantastic. Got me a great rate and she is amazingly efficient. You would have no probelms using this agency. If you go to their website, they offer an online quote service. I used this and Jean returned my answer the next morning.

Kis, when you use a travel agent they receive a commission from the hotel, car rental, airline that the agent books. You don't pay anything unless there is a service fee from the agency.

The different businesses have been cutting commissions to travel agencies but a good agency will have a better "deal" if they are a heavy hitter with the company. No need to worry that you have to pay them for this.

You may also want to try MouseEarVacations.com. Another good outfit. Ask for Coleen Bolton, she did a great job on our trip at the end of July. She took care of everything.
