Booking two families at once!

Hello everyone!

My wife, my step-daughter, and I are going to WDW in June to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Friends of ours are also going to celebrate their 20th anniversary!

Here is the question: We would like to get ajoining (not connecting) room at POP. Should we call WDW Reservations once, or can they link reservations. We are thinking we might have to do this all at once, where I would book our part, then hand the phone to our friends, and they book theirs, just to make sure our reservations are linked. I know this is confusing!

You can link the reservations using the booking numbers. You will not be guaranteed ajoining rooms, but they will do their best to accomodate you. They will get the rooms as close together as possible.

It is also a good idea to confirm the linked booking on subsequent phonecalls and send it in writing via fax to the resort directly 6 days prior to your trip.
