Booking trip across 2 UY?

I will be calling on Tuesday to book a room for next year for my parents. They want to stay at AKV from May 31 to June 6 (we have a June UY.) I have already banked all of our '08 UY points into '09 except for the ones that they will need for the night of May 31. Is there anything special that I need to tell MS when I book? I just have this fear that this reservation is going to get really screwed up

You should be fine - they will only be able to use the points from your 08 Use Year that you have not yet banked. You can confirm that those points are used when you call and also confirm the points in the contract after the reservation has been made. I would also re-confirm the reservation using the member's site after the call is completed.

The only danger with this reservation would iccur if you had to cancel within the last 4 months of your Use Year - especially if within 30 days of arrival - since you could no longer bank those points and you would still need to use them by May 31, 2009.

I'm sure everything will work out fine - your parents should have a great trip!

Thanks for the help! We are going as well but aren't checking in until June 1 (GASP - staying at US for 1 night for FOTL access over there for 2 days.) We all can't wait to stay at our new Kidani home!
