We are going end of March, and will be our first time having Half Board Plus, i have been choosing the restaurants we would like to try past few weeks.
I am thinking of booking the tables on arrival when we book in, but i just thought i wonder if there is an Email i can use to do so?
Im quite a nervous phone talker, Im not sure how good of English they speak on the phones if i were to try and call and book?

When you phone the restaurant reservations line you have a choice of English or French speaking

You can't reserve by mail I'm afraid only by phone in advance or you'd have to wait and do it on arrival :)

Depending on which restaurants you want to reserve and times/days you shouldn't have too much bother waiting until you arrive

Ah okay....i feel better knowing that if i do ever decide to call up. Thank you:)

We have chosen The Steakhouse and Parkside diner so i dont know how in advance you would need to make reservations.
The 3rd night im still undecided if to try The Chuck wagon (we are staying in the Cheyenne) or try Cafe Mickey as an evening meal.
still have some thinking to do:confused3:)

Hi- I've just booked our restaurants for our trip at Easter. I had to call France but pressed the English option and spoke to a lovely lady who booked what we wanted, taking my name and mobile phone number. Very easy and quick!

If you do decide on Cafe Mickey then I'd suggest booking that in advance. :)

You won't need to book the Parkside Diner in advance - we've always just walked in and it's not too busy.

The only one that gets busy is Cafe Mickey - we usually book that on and leave the rest until we get there :goodvibes

It really is, the CMs who man the dining reservation line speak perfect English so honestly, there is nothing to worry about.

Just butting in here - if you look at the Restaurant Review sticky at the top of the page you'll find the link to reviews from both Julie and Elaine (DLPdaft).

We've decided that this summer we're going to try and eat at places we've not tried yet (what, no Walt's  ) and Parkside Diner is on our list.

We wanted to try Walts, but its closed when we are there! Was my top choice, But i did read a thread a while back somewhere stating that the Buffet in Parkside Diner was really good!

Ive not tried any of the sitting down restaurants before at DLP! Its all New to us, We have done Counter service the previous times.
