Last night Dh and I were looking at booking a room as Pop Century for Dec 15-24. The price qouted us from disneyworld.com was $830.34. That is 9 nights at the value price even though 4 nights are in the holiday rate zone.:confused3 Is this just a glitch in the system or is the below info wrong?? I checked it again this morning and was given the same amount. Either way that's a good deal!!

I know that the holiday season starts Dec 20th. I have heard in the past that when you go from a lower (value) season to a higher (holiday) season your room rate changes to the higher when that date comes. I also have heard that if your reservation starts in a higher season and than goes into a lower season you pay the higher rate your entire stay. So it is wise to book seperate ressies if possible.

When we went in Feb. we arrived on Feb 14 which was the last day of value season and that's what we paid the whole time. We didn't need to change over to peak rate. Enjoy the good rate!

the rate for your entire reservation will be the rate for the first night....really nice when you start in value season and extend into another season but really sucks if you need a night or two before value season starts.
