My Dad has booked his Disney vacay on the UK Disney website.
I booked my Disney website on the US site as that's where I live.
I called today to link the reservations - adjoining rooms would be great but same building/floor would be fine too.
But.....
The cast member at the US resort center couldn't find my Dads reservation as his booking number was only 6 numbers. I have his confirmation email but she was adamant that 6 numbers wasn't right.
Has anyone else ran into this problem?
Are all your confirmations 6 numbers?
