Ok, so we got back from our first family WDW vacation about two weeks ago and are very very very excited about going again. We plan on going the same time next year so we can see the F&W festival and MNSSHP again, so my question is, how early do most people book their trips for that far in advanced? What happens if a discount comes out later in the year? Suggestions, comments?

Oh yes we are hooked.

Book whenever you're ready. Book via 407-WDISNEY. If codes come out you can always call back and apply your code.

If you're that hooked, you should look into the Disney Vacation Club.

You could also use one of the Disney specialists mentioned on these boards. We have used Small World Vacations the last two years. We found them on mousesaver.com. Great people and wonderful service. They keep looking for discounts right up until your trip so you don't have to. Last year they started us out with a AAA discount and two better deals came out later. They changed our ressies (always with our permission) and ended up saving us $800.00! They also made all our dining reservations.
I will never again worry about codes or discounts when Small World can do it better and for FREE!!!!!!
Check out their web site WDWVacations.com for a no obligation price quote.
