Booking problems

Anyone else having issues with making ADRs today? It is only letting me do the first day of the reservation, instead of the whole trip. Grrrrrrrrr.

Same! I've been trying for two days. I came here to see if the problem was widespread but this was the only thread I saw about it. Are others not having this same issue?

I talked to tech support and was told to uninstall and reinstall mde...made it worse.

The same guy told me to clear my cookies or use the incognito tab. The incognito tab worked so I guess I'll use that from now on.

I'll try incognito. Uninstalling/Reinstalling MDE didn't help much.

I'm on my laptop. Nothing. Tried a couple browsers and incognito.

I am struggling with MDE as well. It's a nightmare!!! And calling is worse.

I'm not having success this morning trying to book the illuminations Dining Package. Is there a certain time that they hold back reservations? I thought it was 7am but it is part that now.

Cannot book this either. I was online at about 7:30 and all of my dates show no availability for this. Grrrr!

I called dining shortly after 7am and the cast member advised that they have not yet opened reservations for the Illumination Dining package. She said it would be today, but did not know what time. Keep checking and good luck!

My sister’s window is today and she’s having same problem with no luck. Mine opens in 2 days. Hoping to get this figured out before then.
