Booking online vs. Calling CRO

If you look online are you getting the same availability as if you were to call? In other words if I am looking for a different resort for free dining, is it safe to say if it is not available online, it won't be available if I call? Thanks!

Probably, but not necessarily. Last year, I had issues with POFQ availability and AKL pool view availability - where it was either showing availability online and CRO didn't have it; or vica versa. Never hurts to call!
