Booking Member Cruise How Fast does it fill up

I have never called about the member cruise. How fast does it fill up? What are the chances of getting a ressie on that first call in day?

Never been on a Disney Cruise either...thinking it looks pretty darn cool

They did the bookings slightly different for the 2007 cruise but in 2005 and 2006 I believe they were sold out in one day. It appears as if they're going back to the pre-2007 cruise booking style and they'll probably sell out in the one day again.
Get those fingers ready to hit redial (and I'd use the non-800 number for MS - we got through on that one much faster than the 800#).

Hey, thanks! Well, I got through to vote for Clay Aiken in the American Idol final vote 275 times...so I got my fingers ready to go! And I oiled the redial button too.

I was told by MS tonight that they expect the 2008 cruise to sell out by noon on 11/17. She said that they bring in a large group of extra people just to answer phones that day.

Was wondering too. We were going to book for August but just got the announcement for the Mamber cruise in the mail yesterday so now considering switching...

We were on the first DVC Member Cruise and I can tell you the cruise was sold out within the first 6 hours!

They are only allowing pre-booking to those on the current Member Cruise who are purchasing additional points of 250+. Those folks are receiving a category 6 stateroom on the 2008 Member Cruise as a bonus.

Other than that it appears it will be open season for calling on November 17. Get your phones ready....
