Booking LLMP online

I think I am going to get a LLMP for our day at the Studios. It's just me and DD32- and she's only going to have 2 days at Disney so I want to make sure she can get on the rides she wants. We are staying onsite. My questions:

Can I book the LLMP from my laptop, or does it have to be done by phone, via the app?

Do we both have to be booked for the same ride, or can she book for Tower of Terror while I book for something else?

How far in advance of our trip can I book these? Any guess of the cost? We will be at the Studios on Monday, Nov. 10th.

It can only be done via the app. I agree, bummer! I use my tablet, it's a bigger screen than my phone, at least.

Do we both have to be booked for the same ride, or can she book for Tower of Terror while I book for something else?

You can book separate rides.

How far in advance of our trip can I book these? Any guess of the cost? We will be at the Studios on Monday, Nov. 10th.

If you're staying onsite, at 7 days before checkin (no matter when your tickets start) you can book for your entire trip, up to 14 days.

If you're staying offsite, at 3 days before ticket date, you can book for that date.

You cannot buy/book LLMP from the Disneyworld.com website. You must use the app. I believe there are ways to run Android apps on a Windows PC, but I've never done it. Unless you're tech savvy, I don't think it's worth the risk of messing up your computer to try it just for this purpose. Buying/booking using your phone is pretty straightforward.

If you buy/book the two of you as a single purchase, you must have the same attractions and times. However, once you have completed your purchase (that is actually paid for it), you can make modifications for one person or the other. So, you have the choice of making separate purchases, which might mean not getting the same times for the attractions you are doing together, or else booking the same attractions initially and then modifying your Tower of Terror, for example, to something else.

When you can buy/book depends on what type of ticket/pass you have for admission and where you are staying.
