Booking Line opening time?

Hi, can you please tell me what time Disney Hotel Reservations line opens on a Sunday?
The number I got from the website is 001 407 939 7414. I am ringing from the UK.

7am Eastern Standard Time, which I believe would be five hours different from you, but not sure with the recent switch back to Daylight Savings Time.
