How easy is it? And is it worth it in case the room is not as requested?

The room assigner does not care whether you book online or call CRO when assigning rooms. There is no distinction made between the two.

However, at some point, you will have to call CRO or send Guest Relations an e-mail with your request(s) to attach them to your reservation. You cannot do that online at the time of booking.

I always book our ressie on line as I don't really like talking on the phone. After we are all decide on our vacation, it takes me 5 minutes to book on line. I have done it this way for many years now. But some people prefer to call and book their ressie's that way. If there is a specific request that you have you would have to call CRO and add it to your reservation. Requests can't be done on line. Also remember the simpler the request the more likely Disney will be able to accommodate you but they are not guaranteed. We have been very lucky with our requests in the past. Happy planning:flower3:

Actually, several people who live outside the country have noted (as well as people in the states that might not have access to a good long distance plan) they have used the Guest Relations address and e-mailed their requests and gotten it.

That is why I indicated that in my posting, since this particular person is out of the country.

I think I'll just email Guest Relations with requests once all booked and keep my fingers crossed:thumbsup2

Oh my, I didn't even catch that they were from England. Haven't had my coffee yet. Maybe I shouldn't post until I have my caffeine.
