Booking help

I've been posting about my next vacation a lot....sorry for so many questions. We are trying to take my husband's whole family, and I really really want this to happen-this family needs to spend some time together.
I'm trying to book for mid December, and I need to book 3 rooms. I know I need to get online right at the time, and someone told me to just put one name, and add the others later. Can I be logged in before 8 am, and just not hit the search button until 8? Just desperately seeking pixie dust and tips that could help me get through. Thanks! Yes, you can get to the the screen with the calendar and just hit book when it hits 8 am,
