Booking for groups

Hi all! I've been MIA for awhile, getting moved, etc.
I think we have decided to move our trip to Sept. '09. That being said, we are going with my in-laws. So, there will be 7 of us, not counting the under 3 child we'll have with us, (we hope).
Anyway, we're hoping for a 40% code or free dining. We'll be booking 3 rooms at one of the values. My question is this... would we have to book 3 seperate packages or could we do it all on 1? Trying to figure out if it will be 3$200 deposits or 1 $200 deposit.

You would need to do at least 2 separate deposits.

You don't mention who is staying in each of the rooms and what resort you are staying at.

Sorry, I really meant to. We're going to be staying at one of the values, either Pop or ASMo. DH and I in one room, the 3 boys in a connecting room and the inlaws in their own room.

Then your two rooms could be on one reservation. In laws will be on a separate res.
