booking car hire through VA?

has anyone booked car hire through virgin atlantic (NOT Virgin holidays!)?

if so, what desks can you use at MCO? do you have to use the dollar ones or can you use the virgin holidays desks? or is there a specific VA desk?

It would just be the usual dollar desks.

We booked Dollar car hire through VA, but it actually goes through VH and that is what the e-ticket says so went to the VH desk no problem

just to say sil booked car hire through VA and just went to usual dollar desk, i suppose it wont matter which one you use then

I think it depends on the staff on the day. Anyone with Virgin Vouchers at Xmas were being sent to Virgin desk.
I had a bit of a do with Virgin rep, she insisted I went to Virgin desk I could not get her to understand I had booked independantly, I walked away from her in the end with her shouting after me.
DISWolves, Nigel tried going to regular desk(with Express) in front of me 18 months ago, they sent him to Virgin desk.
