Booking an Amphicar at Disney Springs?

Has anyone ever booked an Amphicar at Disney Springs? It seems you have to do it in person at the Springs. Is it hard to get a reservation? Is it day of only or can you book a return in the future?

Day of. You need to go there and book it. They give you an approximate return time, they don’t take reservations even at that point. It’s first come first serve. You get a text when it’s your turn, I don’t recall if there is a time limit I think there was. My crew waited about 25 mins. (If you have Disney Photo Pass you can get the photos they take for free.)
