Booking ADR's today - or not!

I just phoned through to book my ADR's & they are doing system enhancements. Need to call back in a few hours.

I want to cry right now.

Apparently they did an upgrade overnight & it has not gone to plan so the whole system is down - including reservations etc.

I know that no one else can get through either but it's so frustrating as I don't know when to call back.

Give it a go every hour or so. I did my ADR's yesterday and it all went very smoothly, got all the dates and times I wanted (with the exception of Le Cellier, which had to be on a different date, but is at a time we wanted). I hope that after this hiccup, all will go smoothly for you too

Thanks. What date did you want for Le Cellier? I want 14th but doubt I will get it.

We got the 12th for Le Cellier. We wanted it earlier in our vacation, tried 3 other dates, finally got it on our 4th choice (not that it really mattered that much or makes much of a difference, so it's very much ok for us).
I'd suggest to keep your option open for Le Cellier, have a few back up dates.

I am on the phone to them at the moment, have got most of them (got Le Cellier at day & time I wnated! ) but the system is not letting two of them go through. Have been on hold for about 10 mins while they sort it.

All the others are ok.

Glad you're almost sorted Pinky! I need to make mine on Saturday- very lucky that my 90 days has fallen on this day, so I don't have to make them at work!!

All done now thanks, well for the first 10 days at least.

Managed to get everything I wanted. (Update in my PTR)
