Booking ADR's for big group

Hello everyone.

Just trying to get things straight in my head before my 180+10 opens up at the end of the month.

I'm in charge ( ) of booking all adrs for my familys trip this october and november. There are three parties in total, my hubby, me and our three kids, my sister and brother in law, and my mum and dad.

We will be eating at some restaurants together and a lot apart. I believe both my sister and Dad have to allow me access to their my disney experiance right to be able to make the adrs for everyone.

Also both other parties get there the day before us, so does that mean I will be able to book the adrs from 180+10 from their check in date? Or will I have to wait to book once my 180 days kicks in? My check in date is 26th oct, the others is 25th oct, so guessing our 180 day is 28th??? Also will I need to do the +10 on the phone at 7am or can I do everything online at 6am usa time (im in the uk). Then phone up every day or online the following few days until I've done our full holiday.

Obviously Im going to have to be pretty prepaired for booking so many different adrs, but is there any suggestions anyone can give me of how to do this most efficiently?

I know I have to book the most popular ones first, so BOG, CRT, Ohana, V&A followed by other character meals and then lesser hard to get restaurants.

In total over our 18 night trip I think I'm gonna have to book between 30-40 adrs arghhhhhh.

So any help or advice anyone can give me is much appriciated.

I think you have it all straight, I wouldn't get too worried, at my 180 days I was able to book all the ADRs I wanted for 10 people reservations (including BOG lunch and dinner). I'm guessing it will be YOUR 180 +10 day mark, and you can do it all online at 6am, you can call if you have questions or whatever but the same is available online as it is on the phone, I find it easier to do online.
