Booking ADRs - call or online

My 180 day mark is next week? what is the best way to book ADRs? Call or do online? What time can you do each? I know I'll have to call for CRT and backyard BBQ.

Online. They have the same availability when you call that you see online. Online opens at 6AM EST, phones open at 7AM EST.

Also, I was able to book CRT online, don't know about backyard BBQ, I've never booked that one.

Online. The prepaid ADRs will just need CC payment or dining plan on your MDE.

Online is very easy. I was able to book CRT without calling.

Do online at 6 a.m. and then if the website is down you can call at 7.

I'm able to pull up times for CRT online.

When you do them online, make sure you sign into you MDE account first so you can book all the days of your trip. It wasn't allowing me to book my whole trip once and it was because I hadn't signed in so it didn't link up to my resort reservation. I always book them online or with the MDE app.

Ideally I'd like to do it online, but the last two years I've had to call since the system crashed. It took then 40 mins but at least I got everything I wanted. Good Luck!

Online will also give you more of a chance to get your desired times. I would also suggest having your credit card linked in your profile to speed up your online booking process.

No idea why it would tell you to call for CRT - I have booked that with no problem online for years. The only time I call dining is when there is some kind of special situation that can't be done online - ex. booking two ADRs at right around the same time if your party is splitting up and eating in different locations. I have never done Mickey's Backyard BBQ but it comes up as available all the time when I am making my ADRs. I would keep in mind that when you call you have to get through the phone prompts and then the CM spiel. I think online is a MUST faster process and, therefore gives you a better chance of getting what you want.

You can book CRT on the website, but not on the app. It's been that way for at least a year. Not sure why.
