Hi DISers. My family is planning a split stay in June 2015. Here are the details:
June 14-21- Old Key West
June 21-27 Beach Club Villas

How do I go about getting this reservation from Disney Member Services?
Do I need to book them as two separate trips and somehow link them together?
Can I Book the first half and then continue to call MS to add days at the BCV?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It will be two separate reservations no matter how you book...so, easiest (probably) is to simply book two trips online...the first week at OKW and the second at BCV...

No real need to link...you'll get two sets of magic bands and two "window openings" for FP+/dining no matter what...

Disney will move your luggage from OKW to BCV...no cost (except tips, which can add up!)...you call Bell Services at OKW to pick up (or you can drop off) your luggage and they'll take it over to BCV that afternoon...inter-resort deliveries do require you to be in your room to get your stuff at your new resort, and typically the luggage transfers occur between 1 and 3 in the afternoon...

Good luck!

I don't think there is a way to "link" two bookings at two separate resorts. You can do this with a single resort and two bookings, but not in this case.

Since it appears you own at SSR - you can book the OKW on November 14th, but you will have to wait until November 21st to book BCV. You can't add on the days at BCV to your OKW dates every day.

You will probably be able to get the BCV reservation without much problem, but would recommend you booking on-line right at 8 AM on the 21st. OKW should be no problem at all, even if you don't book right at the start of the day.

It's 2 totally separate reservations and will have to be booked that way. Linking is only to stay in the same room at a resort so not only isn't it possible to do between two different resorts there's also no need to do so.

Thanks for the tips. We'll start the booking process tomorrow. Hopefully we don't run into any issues when trying to get BCV on the 21st.
