Booking a package thur costco

We are going dec 5-9. booking thur costco at the desert palm hotel with a 3 day park hopper. between looking last night and today its gone up about $100. Is the price going to keep going up like that each day? Does disney run any promotions later for the time we are booking? Im worried not booking now and paying more then the quote today but im worried buying today would mean we are paying more if the yrun a promotion before then. Our quote was $1080 I think for 4 nights, 3 days. Its for 2 people and 1 child with a kids suite at the desert palms. We want 2 rooms for the kids to have one and hubby wants to stay her since friends of ours that are going already booked rooms here.

This is a bit of a random suggestion, but worth a shot. Try deleting the cookies in your Internet browser and then go back to the Costco travel website. See if it goes back to the original amount.

One of the hazards of package deals. You can adjust your reservations based on availabilty up, but down usually creates a fee, plus packages have cancellation fee's. Book individually and you have a better chance at lower rates. Always read the fine print. I have also found that Costco aka WDTC will work with you.

We've always book through Costco & my understanding has been that if a promo comes up after booking our package they will honor it. This based on a phone conversation with them (Costco Travel Agency).

Now, I don't know if that will apply after you pay in full & be aware, I made some small changes to our package last minute last year & had to spend an hour at PPH front desk it was a mess!

Maybe I will call and ask them if a deal comes up will they change my package. I have a friend who does the packages as a travel agent and she will change when deals come up but she was about $200 more then costco.
