Booking 9 yr old as adult for dining - disadvantages?

Thanks very much for all the comments. I've been so caught up with work over the last 2 days I haven't had a chance to really give it any thought. I will get caught up over the weekend and really digest the information.

In the meantime, I have received a quote from a travel agent, a friends relative, who I'd asked, just out of interest. I'll start a new thread to hopefully get some opinions on the price.
