Booking 2 separate rooms at the same time

I am planning a trip for my son, future DIL, and granddaughter (not quite 3yo at time of trip). We are going at the end of February, 2026. I want to book 2 separate rooms, one for them and one for my husband and me. Has anyone done this online, or do you have to call Member Services?

You go through the booking process twice. Once for your room and then again for their room. Make sure you have all names, addresses, and ages for the children (under 18) and enter them on the appropriate reservation.

Once both reservations are made, contact MS and request they put a Travel With on both reservations. This will alert the room assigner to try and place the rooms as near to each other as possible.

If you called MS, they also have to book each room separately.

I did this online a couple of months ago right at 11 months & I was a bit nervous I wouldn’t get the villas/views I wanted, so I booked the most in demand villa first, in my case a resort view studio plus it was the fastest for me to get booked since I only had 2 names to fill in on that reservation. Then I moved on to the dedicated 2 br. resort view booking w/ 6 names to enter. If I’d been really concerned I could have booked each villa filling in only the lead guest info. & then gone back later after I’d secured the villas to add the other guests’ names. I believe you’ll want your son & future DIL’s addresses, emails, & phone no.s on hand to fill that info. in when you book.
A couple of weeks later I called MS & added view requests & asked them to note on each reservation that we were ‘traveling w/‘ the other & would like to be located near each other.
