Booked with Travelocity?

I have been pricing 2006 cruises and have found the best price with Travelocity. Can anyone tell me their experiences with them on prior bookings?

we booked through expedia and I can tell you that I had a great experience. I had read on the boards that they were slow in getting your documents but we got them about a month from our cruise. I had to change our reservations a couple of times and I haven't had any problems and they were very professional.

I've booked several times with Travelocity. Once it was a booking for 27 new cruisers. Everytime things went great.

The only down side is if you do need customer service after the booking, about 50% of the time there will be quite a wait on the phone.
