for June 7 - 21 and almost didnt find any flights! My dad is a VIP member of American Airlines and we booked our flights with his miles. There was nothing available on June 7 or June 21! We spent about an hour on the phone with the operator. Then as we were about to give up and hang up, apparently somebody cancelled on the spot and exactly four seats (my family is a party of four) opened up on those dates, and we leave san juan at 8am and arrive at 4pm at the Orange County Airport (my fave), just in time for check in at the fairfield. That was close! And after that we didnt have any problems in booking the fairfield thats about $130/night, and now all we need to do is book a rental car (probably a minivan) with Hertz, and wed be all set! I'm so excited, this year we get to do AP's again. Ours expired a few days after our trip last June. Were gonna spend 7 days at DLR/DCA, 1 day at Knotts, and 3 days at Universal. Okay, im gonna stop now cuz this isnt a pre trip lol, im just sooo excited, and now i have to go fix my ticker, cuz its wrong by 5 days.
