Booked SWA One Way...Now what?

I missed the opening yesterday morning and did not get to the SWA website until last night. We fly from Manchester, NH and are going to WDW 4/1/06 - 4/7/-6. The flight we wanted for 4/1 MHT to MCO was unavailable at the $59 rate. However, the return flight MCO - MHT on 4/7 we wanted was available so I booked it. I am going to keep watching SWA website each day as I know eventually some lower priced seats will become available, probably at $79.

We havwe flown SWA many times but I have never booked my flights seperately like this. When I book my MHT - MCO flight do I have to book it as a seperate comfirmation or can I add it to my existing one?

I booked my flight for May at 11:55 yesterday morning and our flight out from MHT was fine but coming back the 2 NS flights I wanted were unavailable less than an hour after the schedule opened! I ended up booking the 655am flight from Orlando. My suggestion would be to book something on that day at the 59 rate if you still can and then change it later to a better flight or a DING fare. I'm really not thrilled about leaving WDW at 4am to come home but I did want to guarantee a flight that day and I'll hope for the best even if it costs a few more dollars.

hockref....yes you will get a separate confirmation number since you are booking one way flights. I did the same thing several months ago for our trip
last week. However, I agree with magicmommy about booking something for your departure date.....once something opens up you can just change the flight to the one you want......worst case scenario if a lower price DOESN'T open up and ALL of the decent flights are gone. Some people have also said
that by booking one ways you open yourself up to more scrutiny by the TSA, but, we didn't have a problem at all. Matter of fact, I think I may continue to do so in the future since in the event you have to change one part of the itinerary that whole thing isn't affected.

Well here is an update....DH just asked me how much more to get the flight we want on our return trip home. 156.00. He said go for it...do you really want to leave the resort at 4am to go to the airport? So I just changed my flight home from 655am to 325pm and I'll hope for a DING!
