Booked next August

I can offer better than a caravan, what about a nice detached house looking out over open Yorkshire fields? its even complete with a couple of pics of your family, like home from home, available for 23 nights next August at a reasonable price.:rotfl2:

Depends if we can book the dining plan with it, and is there a firework display every night before we got to bed :rotfl2:

I could leave some take away menus out and get neighbour to set off some Standard fireworks each evening.
Not quite the same is it? you really need the flights.

Good one Wayne ............ wish KLM were as generous!!!!!!! Well over 100,000 miles to use and nothing I can find to spend them on.

I first saw an offer on Delta as we have about 200,000 miles with them but decided I would rather keep the miles for now as they don't expire soon (depending on class of hotel 200,000 gives you upto 40 nights free hotels)
Then had a brainwave and checked AA account, they have just recently started allowing miles to be used for hotels. If I had left it another couple of weeks they would have expired so a great freebie.
Also have over 200,000 Virgin miles I am struggling to use.

good for you Wayne...how did you do it...on the US site...can't seem to see where to input details?...and could you combine the miles for the 3 of you?...thinking our combined miles might get us a night or two?

Virgin...well we don't have as many as you, but in the past have transferred 12500 for a Virgin voucher which then gives £50 off Virgin Hols or accommodation booked through VH...

Yes on the US site, a little complicated, had to book 3 seperate nights( 1 in my name, 1 in Karens and 1 in Matts) will give the 3 vouchers at check in, they will have to sort it out from there. Also asks for US address, I left our UK address but for Country used US and ZIP used a random ZIP code.
I almost booked the Hilton at Bonnet Creek 1st but was 300 miles short, would have required entering a US credit card which I could have done but decided to book the cheaper hotel and not mess with any money, just miles.

brilliant...am having a look now...we went to the hilton bonnet creek to have a look around in Aug as rates were good at £60pn and has lazy river...felt quite corporate...lots of conferences going on when we visited...will go check it out...thanks for the brainwave...:thumbsup2
