Way more than I wanted to pay but taking relatives and it was more important to get it right for them than us as they will be travelling with a 3 year old and never been further than Spain before.

Flying with Virgin MAN~MCO 5th-28th August economy out, PE return. (747 out and A330 back I believe) Full price was £1001pp, Miles & Money cost me £867 (after Quidco)

I know how it feels to want to be sorted!! Good news - well done. Old Key West next?

Almost certain we are going with OKW deal again, enjoyed it more this year than last year. Could book Best Western lakeside at £23/night with free internet access but as its 1st time for relatives and a 3 year old I think we might be better at OKW.

Will you make a DISmeet next year?

Would love to! Now I know who I am looking for. :goodvibes
Should be lots of us there again - deal is too hard to turn down.

hey sorry to sound rude but what deal at OKW ? i cant find OKW or SSr or disney website for late aug early sept :(

For our dates before our cruise (5th-21st) its £117/night less 3% Quidco making it £113.49/night or I can book with Complete Orlando at £108/night
Add tickets to either deal and you get free dining plan.

Late August and Beyond is not on Disney.co.uk yet, hopefully it will return but you can book the deal with Complete Orlando now if you can't wait.

ahh cool :) I dont understand the whole quicdo thing :rotfl2:

Read up on it, its literally money for nothing. been doing it for 6 years now had approx £2,000 casback.
Last week I got £45 from Aviva insurance when I took out a policy for £153. Tonight got £75 cashback from Virgin Atlantic for flights. Even give you money without spending, like Go compare £1.50 to do a car insurance search.

Good stuff Wayne.

Hope to finally meet you and the family. See you at OKW.

Carl.

Blimey Wayne never thought I would see you paying for Virgin PE

Glad you have got it booked.

I think with a 3 year old in tow you will probably be better onsite at OKW. They may like the 1 bedroom with the in room washer/dryer but not sure how much more expensive that is and if it is their budget. Also the 2 rooms makes it nice for afternoon naps! :goodvibes

Really tempted to book 4th to 23rd August, same price as you but from Gatwick. I paid £500 August 2009 miles and money so considerably more but atleast PE one way. Going to decide by the end of the day. We are back in Orlando 7 weeks today so would be great to have 2 trips booked.

Do you think there is any risk atall involved with booking with Complete Orlando. We are booking 1 bed at SSR so difference in price is nearly £200 even with cashback. I know we are covered as long as we book with credit card etc etc, just worried something going wrong and losing the booking and unable to rebook with Disney. Just seen too many companies go out of business lately. Any opinions greatley received.

well done, Wayne, now you can sit back and enjoy:thumbsup2!

Plenty of time to plan your ADRs too!

really hoping to book OKW (we're going for a 2 bed as will have family with us) but I think we will wait for Disney to offer it again...we really enjoyed the preferred viewing for Illuminations and MK, altho' I know others don't rate it..

We're still in a complete quandry over flights but will hopefully make some decisions this weekend....suspect the cheap ones will win through:rolleyes1

So will you be going out in May, too?

Great news Wayne :goodvibes

We fly from MAN on the 6th Aug and ret on the 31st, I booked PE M&M both ways the day the flights became available. Bearing in mind that we didn't want to do indirect, I just wanted to get it booked and enjoy the peace of mind that booking early brings :thumbsup2

Woo Hoooooo :cool1:

I am sure I will be arranging at least 1 meet, both went very well this year.

I doubt they will be interested in 1 bed but I will show them and let them decide.

Look a good company, hardly ever hear of complaints but no company is 100% safe.
So will you be going out in May, too?
Matt brought a letter home from college yesteray about exams next May thru June so as its in the middle not sure.
Great news Wayne :goodvibes

Do you know where you are staying yet Ali?

Brilliant Wayne. :thumbsup2 After our multiple trips visiting DD this year we had thought we might give it a miss next year. Don't know that we'll manage to muster the willpower to follow through though - I keep having to check flight prices in case I see a bargain. :goodvibes We've really enjoyed showing friends and relatives round our past few trips, so I'm sure you'll have a ball. DS' GF had her first visit (with us) for 10 days this summer and can't wait to go back. Like the idea of flying out economy and PE on the way back. Must look into it. :woohoo:

HI Wayne :goodvibes

We are staying offsite (as always!) and have booked a villa on Formosa Gardens :cool1: We love this area :thumbsup2

Not sure how much time we will actually spend at the parks due to the heat as we haven't visited in August before :confused3 We'll be more than happy just to do a couple of afternoon/evening visits if we find the heat too much and relax around the pool in the daytime instead
