Booked flight through Disney. How can I pick/reserve my seats?

I was wondering how I can pick and reserve my seats on Airtran? We booked the flight through Disney and I just got my Mickey mail today and went onto Airtran's website to try and pick/reserve seats but couldn't. Thanks!

AirTran charges an additional fee for passengers who want to select their seats in advance (the amount varies based on where you want to sit). Otherwise, you have to do it 24 hours before the flight. I am guessing that you would have to work back through Disney to pay the fee. Not sure if you'd be able to select the seats yourself after that or you would have to work through Disney to do it.

Call Disney res and ask the CM to get the Airtran record locator (reservation code) from the air department. The CM will put you on hold and call. Once you have the actual Air Tran locator you can go the their website and pre-purchase seats if you want.

I don't know why Disney can't put the airline locator on reservations or travel documents. Lots of other vendors can do it, but it seems Disney's air department is on a different system and the computers do not feed the info to reservations.
