Booked ER Fullsize but can I use EA ??

Booked a full size with Emerald Reserve, (it was less than $10 more), but if there is something on the Aisle we'd prefer can we take it?

No. It's always a gamble choosing EA or ExA. Just recently we HAD to have a minivan. Even though I use Executive Aisle and the last 4 visits this year it was stocked with minivans, I had to book ER minivan just in case there were no minivans in ExAisle. I could've gotten a much better price with my Executive Aisle membership, but could risk there not being any minivans available.

If the full size row is bare or has nothing you like, check with an attendent. We did this in March when all that was on the full size was a Chrysler convertible. We needed a car for 4, so they let us take an Aztec off the EA (after asking if we were EC members).

Maybe I was just lucky, but last time we went in April we did not see anything we wanted on the full size row (I had a reservation for Emerald Reserve), and I just picked a Pontiac G6 from the aisle without asking. We were charged the intermediate price and nothing was ever said about it. Based on this experience, unless it was a fluke, I think you can pick something off the aisle.

Not sure of your question. Are you looking to grab a full size or intermediate car but like the choices from the EA better than what's available in the full size aisle? Sounds like you have a good shot if you ask. Are you hoping for an upgraded vehicle like a mini-van? I wouldn't count on being allowed the upgrade without paying for the mini-van.

I am an Emerald Member and booked a full-size for August. There were no full-size cars in the row. I was told to go over to the Alamo full size row and pick out a car. I think we got an Impala. Worked ok for us. We were not told to pick out a car in the EA section, we booked Emerald Choice.

Just got back this weekend. When I got there I asked national and also called them and asked if I could choose from the EA. I had reserved a fullsize and they said I could take from the aisle as I was going down in size but it would be the same price.
