After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone last Tuesday I booked 3 reservations at annual pass rates. Today when I got the confirmations all 3 are booked with code BBY not AP. I called and they said all AP rates are gone for my reservations. I was told it is my fault for not checking back to make sure the price I was given was AP rate. I have never double checked this before. I took representative at her word that I was quoted the AP rate. There is nothing I can do except to keep calling back but I am upset.
