Booked a weekend trip on a whim and need help with park days!

we just booked a week ago and are leaving Thursday. We will be in the parks Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We are going to DHS, MK & Epcot. Our last visit was thanksgiving just before ROTR opened. Originally we were thinking
Friday - MK
Saturday- DHS
Sunday - Epcot
But I’m wondering if we should do DHS on Friday when it’s less crowded. Thoughts??
