I'm also a reader of WWII fiction. Here are some of my favorites-
1. "Sons and Soldiers", Henderson
2. "The Tattooist of Auschwitz", Morris
3. "We Were the Lucky Ones", Hunter
4. "The Auschwitz Photographer", Crippa
5. "The Boy at the Top of the Mountain", Boyne
and you've got to read the book about the Ritchie Boys. There's also a great interview about them on
Youtube, that I think was originally taken from 60 Minutes' interview with them. Fascinating!
