Oh! one more thing. Can I call the resort's number or do I have to use the 939-7211 number? (I usually always book online. I feel like such a doof. lol)
I was going to post the same thing about calling and having the rooms linked together. Also, calling to benefit the CMs is a very good point . I always price things online and then call to book, but have never thought to mention this as being a benefit for the CMs to reach their booking goals when answering posts about booking online vs calling......so thanks for that reminder Lindy .

Call the regular reservation number. The numbers listed for each individual resort do not go directly to that resort but rather to a call center. They answer the phone as if they are at that resort, but it is actually a call center.
No, you have to phone central reservations. In addition to asking for reservations to be linked, you can put in room requests on your reservation for what area/building you would like, high floor, low floor, etc.
i always prefer to phone to book. I have to phone anyway to put in room requests, so why not book too? Never thought of it benefiting CM, good point. I just prefer to speak with a person.
I always use online for info, then call to book. We were all set to stay at value resort last trip, when I called, we got Coronado Springs for same price. In my opinion, it's always better to call
