Book now or wait, so confused!

I'm so confused, not sure what to do. We are planning our trip for late Nov 2011 and I'm not sure if I should just book my resort now or wait for a possible pin-code or public offer later If I book now will that kill my chances of a pin-code later? If I book now do I do room-only or book a package? I'm just full of question. I was hoping for the room only pin that a lot here have gotten as we are staying Deluxe and that would be the best offer.
Any advice is welcome and appreciated, Thanks

If you are planning on going with or without a discount, I say book your package now. You can always change the reservation later if you get a PIN code. This way you'll be guaranteed a room. It should not jeopardize receiving any PIN codes. We booked in January for late November, and I got a PIN code last week for summer bookings.

Just my opinion, but I'm the type that can't wait. I'm very impatient when it comes to Disney!

Thanks I am very impatient as well! Since we are going with or without a discount I am just going to book it and hope a discount comes along later. If I were to wait and the Beach Club booked up I think DH would cry.

I booked two cabins at FW way back while waiting for BLT to be released. I've changed my room reservations three times since then and added park tickets. I've been assured that I can add free dining later if it comes up. If I get a pin code I'll try that too!

I learned if the first customer service rep you talk to says "no, we can't do that", call back multiple times until you get the answer you want. May not always work but I've had a wide variety of answers to the same questions.

i got a pin, but it's only good for july and august for free dining. the cm told me that they were only issuing to 800 households this year. what are the odds they will extend the offer to cover september too? what are the odds i will get another pin?

Well, I booked it; now hopefully a pin will come my way DH didn't want to wait since I know BC books up fast and that is the ONLY place he wants to stay.
