book AP ressie online or by phone??

we are already AP holders...
we already have a basic room only ressie...
i have already made ADR's , but have not added dining to our ressie....

so when the discount comes out..
should i CALL or book online?
i am thinking booking online, i will still need cancel my existing ressie, and that can only be done by phone right??
we will want to make our ressies an AP pkg. discount.

i like the online booking system soooo much better than trying to talk at 6am my time to a CM.

please advise..
