We are thinking of going to Disney 2-11-12 through 2-19-12. We were waiting to see if my husband is able to get off work this time. Do you think I am too late to rent off an owner?

No, you'll probably get the best deal as they get best pricing 60 days or less out I believe.

I wouldn't wait too long though! I contacted an owner and her initial reply was that if I wanted a last minute booking that most of them are taken...that the second and third week of February are sold out do to sport events at an arena!......so hurry!

You will need to rent from someone who pre-booked the week. At this time are no units available for a seven-night stay, checking in on 2/11. (And you will probably have to settle for seven nights, not eight.)

Thank you for your information. How safe is Redweek to use? I have only used ebay before.

Whether ebay or redweek, you're renting from an owner directly, so it depends on the owner.

Thanks again for your help! We ended up gettting our stay through ebay but we did not get 2-18-12 night. I guess we will need to find a hotel for one night!
