Bonnet Creek room request??

Hi everyone. I will be staying at Bonnet Creek in February and was wondering if they take room requests and if they do should I request anything specific? I stayed there about 5 years ago and they only had a few buildings open. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

They do take room requests. I called with mine, but it wasn't too specific. We wanted a high floor facing the lake, preferably near the pirate ship pool. That last part was a mistake, as we're here now and DH just drove DD over to the pool onthe other side that has the waterslide They did honor my request, though

Also, always ask about an upgrade at check-in. It must have been slow when we were here in Sept. because I asked for a 3 bedroom upgrade (from the 2 bdr that we had booked) and I got it

When check in, I just ask if they have anything the area I want to stay in and they go over what's available. I've never tried asking for an upgrade, but we always rent our points from someone.

There is a slide at the Pirate Pool, sort of a flume slide. You don't end up plunging into the pool, you skid to a stop in a landing area.

do they have a slide for a three year old there? can you request an upgrade if you are staying on points?? thanks!
