Bonnet Creek Price on 4 Bedroom??

I was curious what a good rate for the 4 bedroom Presidential was? Someone on eBay has it listed for 2,900 which I thought was a little much...so curious what I should offer them. It is for 7 nights the end of April. Thank you!

It depends on the season. To give an idea, these would be prices I may see from people I go through: Value season (~$1,600), High (~$2,500), Prime (~$3,000). It will all depend on when you are going. PlatVIP members will book those out like crazy because they know they can rent them for Big $. Then, they cancel/rebook for half the points. Some may pass those savings along or just make a killing on points. Plus, if there is inventory, they can book a 3BR Pres to get a free upgrade to the 4BR Pres.

So, $2,900 is not outrageous for Prime season. The 4BR Pres suites will be in high demand. Equivalent Disney accommodations would run about $10,000.
