Boneless beef country rib recipe-please

I'm looking for a recipe for boneless beef country ribs , not cooked on the grill.

I've looked at recipe sites, but can't find country ribs listed. Is this the same as short ribs?

Can anyone help?

Not that I have a clue about meat or anything, but I've never heard of boneless beef country ribs. I have heard of pork boneless country ribs (cook in crock pot with onions and bbq sauce). I've seen beef short ribs, but those have bones in them.

Does someone know the difference between all these ribs?
