bone density - have you had yours checked?

Had mine done w/my foot today. My T-score was -0.25 which is in the low risk of fracture range.
Had my body bone density test (where I laid on the table) done last Wed - waiting on results, hopefully early next week

I don't remember my numbers but I was checked about a year ago and was over the needed amount. I still make sure I get my calcium in.
