Bon vovage breakfast

We have been a few times. It is our favorite character meal. I keep waiting for them to raise the price dramatically.

Thanks I have been going back and forth. This will be our first time going and all of it a little overwhelming there so many choices

I would say it has been the best character interactions we have had at meals. Because they are all face characters (I am not sure if Disney still uses this term for the non-plushie characters, but I still use it), you are at a better starting point. This is generally true - not with the evil Belle that was at Akershus when we were there, but generally. Add to that the princes. They were charming. They both knew a lot about their characters and both killed it. A girl at the next table complimented Eric on his boots. He told her that Carlotta picked them out for him. Flynn was also great. He was on the look out for frying pans and talked about Maximus with the kids. There was a girl dressed like Rapunzel and Flynn danced with her. They bowed for little girls and saluted little boys. Rapunzel and Ariel were also both great fun. All 4 characters were having the most fun both of the times we went.

Now - the food...I thought it was great. Some people have been worrying (in other threads) about it not being enough because it isn't a buffet. I know that it was more calories than we eat in a day. The volume of food was overwhelming. Plus, everything was tasty. We ordered different things and split them - so we tasted quite a bit. It was all good. They were also great with changes to anything you ordered. For example - Sunday gravy on the side, no fruit on the pancakes, stuff like that.

I think part of why is is such a deal (price-wise, for character meals) is because it is new and isn't located in a park.

We are going again in December.

We really enjoyed it. We were there on 4th of July, the first table to be sat that morning, and they seemed a little frazzled - Flynn was not there that day (we were told he was off cleaning up some paint with Pascal) and Elena of Avalor was going to be coming instead. Well, by the time we had finished eating and met the other 3 characters, Elena still was nowhere to be seen. We asked our waitress and she had to ask the manager - she said there was a lot of confusion amongst the staff about where she was. I was surprised she was so forthcoming with us but maybe it's because we were 4 adults and no kids. She told us that Elena was almost there and once she entered the restaurant, she was going to be mobbed and not know where to start, so they were going to start a separate line for her down by Flying Fish for the people like us who were finished already and hadn't met her yet. We thought that sounded like too much fuss and, frankly, we had no idea who she is, so we just left. Our overall experience was great, but I had been looking forward to meeting Flynn so that was a little disappointing. I am sure that we caught them on a very strange day. We'll definitely go back.

One of my favorite Disney meals. I dined here with my mother during it's inaugural week to celebrate my 21st birthday and it was more than amazing and perfect. The character interaction is spot-on. The princesses and princes truly take the time to talk and interact with every guest. It is such a pretty little dining spot too. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is really great as well.

The food was just awesome. The dining is fixed priced, so one price includes everything: water/coffee/juice/milk, pastries, appetizer, and one entree (along with your character interaction). You receive a load of breakfast pastries in the Rapunzel's famous frying pan for the table. Each guest gets a choice of fruit cup or fruit yogurt parfait as a breakfast "appetizer." Each guest then picks one item off the entree menu. I ordered the Swimmer's Delight and it is has become my favorite Disney dishes. My mother ordered the Tower of Pancakes and I remember her just staring at it for a good couple minutes admiring how huge it was. She absolutely loved this dish as well. Both dishes were big portion sizes too!

I think because it's not buffet or AYCTE they probably can't justify raising it much.

We have a reservation next month, and I can't wait!

My favorite character meal.... cuz Flynn is so cute lol.

I would go there again my next trip tbh.

also i liked the breakfast food. It was big portions xD

How long should I budget for the meal to meet all the characters? We're just 2 adults.
We were just 2 adults too, but It took us an hour to see all 4 princes and princesses. I highly recommend it.
