Boma's menu

Boma has certain soups, meats etc. on various days. Does anyone know what days these changes are made and what the menu is for these days. I know they have ribs on certain days but not others. Same for soups. Seems there was a post on this somewhere but can't find it.

I don't know the answer, but I do know that about half of the soups change daily.

There used to be a set rotation and a Google search will pull up old posts about it, but those posts are outdated and the former rotation menu no longer applies. More recently people have contacted Boma or the AKL concierge and been told that there is no published or guaranteed rotation at all.

1) I wish I could help.
2) One thing I do know, we love their soups.
3) The rest of the buffet is average.
4) But, the soups are fabulous, they
. . . have 15 different soups
. . . put out 5 on any one day
. . . then, rotate through the rest of them during the week

Thanks.....We have been there many times and love their soups and salads. Because it is a little different, we would rate their buffet a tad above average and with their soups and salads the rating for us becomes above average.

Like all of you I have always just scanned the old lists. We ate there late this past September and the crowd was winding down so our waitress was chatty. I mentioned that we never knew exactly when certain soups and items would be out and low and behold she comes back to our table with a printed rotation list!!!

I'll see if I can dig it out of my travel papers, but I remember we checked the list for that specific night and even then some of the items were different. That's why I didn't bother to post it here, the list just seemed a "guideline" and could vary. We all know how Disney is with "guidelines".
