Boma's food rotation

I LOOOOVE BOMA! DH likes it OK, but loves it when they have the ribs.

My question is, does anybody know on what days they serve what? I have PS on a Saturday and a Monday and was hoping this might be a "rib" night.

I believe ribs were on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
