Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was just wondering how is the dinner buffet at Boma (AKL)?

How diverse is the menu? Is it very ethnic?

Thanks.

We love Boma! It is set up as pods so you don't have to go through the whole line every time you want to go to the buffet. My favorite is the soups and hummus with flatbread. The food definitely has a different spice to it, but there is also a kids' pod which is completely American. It is fun to try a little of everything and then go back and get some more of your favorites!

I was there last week and have to say it was the best meal I've had at WDW. The food is fantastic. I love trying different foods and Boma fit the bill perfectly. The soups, salads, dips, and desserts were amazing. Boma will be a must do on every trip from now on. After having such a good dinner there, we went back for breakfast and liked that a lot as well.

Mom, Dad...kids 14, 10 and 6 all loved it. All of us were stuffed and satisfied...prime rib for dad was great!! Highly, highly recommended restaurant!
(Our waiter, Ali, maybe our favorite server of all-time at any Disney restaurant!)

Thanks everyone for your responses.

I made the reservations today! (Just dont tell my wife cause it's suprise for our 1st anniversary!) ;)

Absolutely LOVE Boma. We eat there on every trip. I have a very picky ds11 who loves to eat there. Just be sure and save room for the wonderful desserts!!::yes::
