I believe just breakfast and dinner. I've done the latest breakfast reservation before, which pretty much makes it lunch... I personally prefer the breakfast menu to the dinner menu, but I love both!

if you are looking for similar food for lunch try Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom. I ate at both Boma and Tusker House last weekend and Tusker House is very similar and because you can do lunch there it is much less expensive.
