Laura, I know for a fact that the desserts at H&V are made at the bakery next to the Brown Derby and that the desserts at the Garden Grill are made by the Fountainview Bakery as I have been told that by my waitstaff (a few times).
I have never had the pretzel bread at Le Cellier (will this trip) but from the pictures I have seen it seems as if the only difference between the Le Cellier pretzel bread and the kind at the Biergarten is how big they are. Maybe someone who has had both can give me the real scoop.
It would be far more efficient for some of the restaurants to share cooking duties and swap prepared foods. Just a thought. I do not know for a fact. Just ruminating.

I am far from a vegetarian so I had never thought of that. I admire people who are but I am not that good.
I may just be eating soup there!
The best part of a vacation is trying new things and I cannot conceive of wanting to eat cheeseburgers, double or not, on vacation. Buffets are great too as you can try a bite or two of something and find new favorites or things to add to your "never again in this lifetime" list.
