On Tuesdays and Fridays, Boma used to serve a fantastic marinated flank steak. The steak was charred on the grill, sliced into thin strips, and then placed into some kind of sauce. But it wasn't thick like a sauce, it was more like a highly seasoned au jus.
Does anybody know what was in that sauce/au jus? It had some spice to it, along the lines of cumin. Did it contain harissa? Any ideas?
